I don't know the full story, but I think it went like this: Back in 1988, Bruce Springsteen was in Copenhagen, he was walking down Strøget (the main fair) and saw a street musician playing his songs (I think the guy is called Thomas or Michael). Bruce decided to join, he borrowed a guitar, and together they did a few songs.
